RINEKWALL DESIGNS

The minimum order of RINEKWALL designs is one (1) roll. Lead time is four to six (4-6) weeks upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the amount of the merchandise value. For rush orders, lead time under four (4) weeks, a fee of 20% of the amount of the merchandise value will be charged. 3’ x 3’ strike-offs may be ordered at a charge of $100 due at time of strike-off order. No merchandise is returnable without written permission from RINEKWALL. A restocking fee of 50% of the amount of the merchandise value will be charged for returned merchandise. Balance is due before delivery. All prices are subject to change without notice.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

The minimum order of custom designs is five (5) rolls. A custom design strike-off fee of $1,000 per individual strike-off will be charged to the buyer. For each additional strike-off $500 will be charged to the buyer. Custom strike-off production time is two to three (2-3) weeks after receipt of full payment of strike-off fee. Final production time is three to four (3-4) weeks after approval of custom strike-off and receipt of a deposit of 50% of the amount of the merchandise value. An upcharge on all custom design orders will be determined on an individual basis. All expenses associated with the creation of custom designs will be charged to the buyer. Custom design orders are non-returnable. Balance is due before delivery.

 

RINEKWALL cannot be responsible for delays or failure of delivery due to strikes, differences with suppliers, compliance or regulations of government, or any cause beyond the control of the RINEKWALL. RINEKWALL does not accept any responsibility where on-site conditions and limitations prevent final delivery of items. In all cases it is the responsibility of the buyer to determine that entry doors, elevators, etc., can accept the size of the completed items. The responsibility of RINEKWALL ceases upon consignment to the shipping carrier. Occasionally shipping charges must be estimated. The buyer must settle differences between estimated and subsequent actual charges by the shipping carrier. On buyer’s order we encourage specific details to the greatest degree possible. In the absence of written detail the best judgment of RINEKWALL will prevail.
